The Beyond Minced with Spicy Thai Peanut cost $15.90. The Beyond Meat mince was stir-fried with roasted peanuts and chilli flakes, creating a nicely spiced bold flavour. It went well with the refreshing crunchy slaw. P.S. The Plaza Singapura branch uses Alchemy Fibre in the rice, a nutritious powder blend which slows down digestion of carbohydrates - great for those watching their weight or managing diabetes.
