Love these! Im not a child so I'm not totally sure if it gives you your full daily requirements as an adult, but they taste great and are chewable and I'm sticking with them!

david- Just have 2-3 instead of one per day to make sure you get your daily intake ha. But I’m sure you also eat real food so I wouldn’t worry about vitamins too much. Always check with a doctor tho :)Reply
