I like this pasta. I replace wheat pasta in almost all my pasta dishes now with chickpea or lentil pasta. First, you've got to get used to it being a bit “drier“ than wheat pasta, but I don't mind that. And I think it is a really good possibility to eat less wheat. And of course it's perfect for people who are eating gluten-free.
