Review of Tofu fermentato - Taifun by omsohum

🇮🇹 Uno dei miei tofu preferiti 😍 ha un sapore più deciso rispetto agli altri tofu non fermentati, quasi acidulo, ed è buonissimo. Ha una consistenza morbida ma "soda" 😂 allo stesso tempo. Io di solito spezzetto il blocco in pezzi grandi che poi metto nel sugo con le spezie, facendo un buonissimo tofu strapazzato 🤩

🇬🇧 One of my favourite tofu! Since it's fermented it has a different taste from the other non-fermented tofu and it's almost sour, that's why I love it!
It's firm but soft at the same time.
I usually break it in big chunks so that I can prepare my scrambled tofu with tomato sauce😋
