Review of Gimme Lean Sausage - Lightlife by bandita

This has been around for a while and helped make my transition to vegetarianism (eventually vegan) fairly easy. It surprises me that Beyond and Impossible became so popular so quick, as if they're the first brands to make authentic-tasting meat alternatives, because I felt this way with some of Lightlife products decades ago!

One of my first-time uses with this, and still my all-time favorite, is won-tons. This is one of many comfort foods my mom used to make for me with traditional pork. When I became vegetarian, she substituted with this, and it's so identical to the original, that she still uses this to this day, even though she's not vegan.

I forgot to take a picture of the pack of won ton wrappers, so I'll have to save that for a future review because I love the wrappers I now use, which is also vegan (not all brands are vegan). #rotd
