Description: Bowl with salsa macha, black beans, salsa cruda, avocado, peanuts & chipotle vinaigrette
Experience: Too much vinegar. Tofu was great but the sauce that came with it could use more salt and less oil (it is the same sauce as Chinese sauce LaoGanMa). Also dish was cold, including the rice.
