Warning: get ready to see tons of reviews because I got A LOT of vegan food for my Bday hahaha The only way to get this dish is to order the Prix Fixie (Mon-Fri, 12pm-4pm) which comes with a salad or soup. I should have chosen the soup because the salad was very lame 🫠 Nonetheless, the flautas were totally worth it!!

It’s been a while since I last visited Rosalinda… and I’m glad I went back because they have added tons of new dishes! - this was one of them. Overall it was pretty great, the tortillas were fantastic!! They didn’t break apart haha… However I felt like the jackfruit was a bit overcooked and I didn’t expect it to be spicy (the menu doesn’t mention it) but the spiciness level wasn’t bad at all!! It just took me by surprise

Perfect 5 star dish. The value, taste, look, and complexity of this plate is amazing. Many flavours you wouldn't expect, much less together at once. Great for sharing. Great for using with the tacos to add some extra flavor to those. Great to fill your belly. "sesame salsa macha, sikil pak, cashew crema, achiote dressing"

Despite being purportedly the most popular taco, this is very bland. Its not bad, it's just underwhelming. Could use some sauce... "salsa roja, black pepper, pico, cilantro"

Perfect score for a perfect dish. This appetizer will thrill your taste buds with its charred jackfruit, and guac (get them as add-ons). Perfect ratio of topping to nacho. Cheese is flavorful. High quality chip used. Get it. It's pricey, but worth it. "tortilla chips, butternut queso, cashew crema, pico de gallo, jalapeño, cilantro gluten-free"

Oh hellooo beautiful 😻 Just a few perfect, hot, sugary, cinnamony churros stuffed with sweet dulce de leche and served with warm chocolate sauce for dipping. These churros were perfect, not too crunchy or chewy, just the perfect amount of crunchy-chew. I loved how warm they were when they arrived at the table 🥰 If I could just have a mug of these for breakfast every morning that would be great thanks! 🤞🙏✨✨✨

We got this for 2 of us to share; it's 2 of each of their 3 taco types plus 4 flautas, priced all together at $63. I generally find this restaurant overpriced and think most menu options look rather boring, but this dish was quite nice and did fill both of us up. One of the taco types was a bit dry (I think the "chorizo") and one very salty, but they were all quite flavorful and tasty. The flautas (2nd pic) were my favorite, a tasty creamy filling in a crispy roll!

Rosa’s nachos are a must-get when you go to Rosalinda. Everything about them is perfect- from the crispy, salty, homemade chips, to the butternut queso (to die for 💀), cashew crema, pico, jalapeño & guac 🥑 The perfect nacho platter, right? Get them to share, or get them for yourself, just get them 😍
