This is a lovely little bowl of bak chor mee. Especially love the flavourful soy mince, which adds really nice texture to the meal. Paired with crispy beancurd skin and a couple of very QQ "fish"balls.

Glad to find vegetarian options at NUH, noodles are cooked in a flavourful broth with minced soy and pieces of mock meat which resembles ramen char siew!

The only decent vegetarian option in the NUH medical centre. (Funny since hospitals should have healthier options) Lovely range of yong tau fu options. And really tasty as well.

I think it was abt $7. Not worth for the amt of ingreds. Tasted like the typical veg BKt, not that flavourful!

It’s one of their recommended dishes but pretty disappointing. Soup was way too salty had to add water, and it had a weird smell that I don’t know if they added artificial seasoning. Would like more ingredients, but ingredients of tomato and broccoli were great and healthy and the tofu was my favourite part. Tracy Juice Culture at Fortune Centre does their mushroom udon much better. Would appreciate if they have 100% biodegradable takeaway packaging and cutlery. #nuseats #nus

I really like this! Noodles were soft and chewy and there were quite a lot of veggies: carrots, cucumbers, mushroom, tofu. The sauce has a meaty flavour to it somehow which sealed the deal for me. And because it's plant-based I didn't feel too full after eating it!

Perfect dish for a rainy day. Not the most flavourful BKT I've tasted cos I like my broth heavy on the herbs and spices, but pretty awesome that they used 5 types of shrooms (lion's mane, shiitake, button, enoki, wood ear) and 0 mock meats!
