Minced ‘Meat’ Noodles (Zha Jiang Mian)

Glad to find vegetarian options at NUH, noodles are cooked in a flavourful broth with minced soy and pieces of mock meat which resembles ramen char siew!

Not bad!! Reminded me of the fortune centre one. Q a lot of fake pork and I liked the raw veggies! $5.80

I really like this! Noodles were soft and chewy and there were quite a lot of veggies: carrots, cucumbers, mushroom, tofu. The sauce has a meaty flavour to it somehow which sealed the deal for me. And because it's plant-based I didn't feel too full after eating it!

This came with minced mushrooms/soy, gluten, straw mushrooms, shredded carrots, zucchini & more. Liked how the bean-based gravy wasn’t too salty, as well as how the noodles were of medium thickness. They weren’t too soft even though they were immersed in the gravy :)
