This seafood noodle dish is the most unique Japanese dish I’ve tried. I don’t remember what seafood tastes like but the “scallops”, “squid” and “shrimp” in the bowl are probably very close my memory of the real sea animals.Nagasaki Champon

The tofu texture is kind of like... Somewhat dense.
