I customized my pizza to make it vegan by using the carbone dough, along with daiya cheese and veggie toppings. The carbone dough is meant to be better on the digestive system than regular dough. I asked for it to be well-done! However, make sure you clearly ask for dairy-free cheese at this location! They do not know what “vegan” means. So, I had to articulate this to the cashier as they were going to use regular cheese if I hadn’t noticed my order! Please be sure to explain what “vegan” is to non-friendly enterprises as they often are not aware of the term and what it entails.
