This is another great creation by Roots Café! The filling is very similar to what they use to make the Neat Balls, so if you're a fan of those, I would recommend getting this. It's drizzled with a creamy cashew sauce. De-lish! 🤤 I would definitely recommend this as an appetizer as, it's not very big.

The Beyond Good Burrito is Beyond Good fo sho! It's a plantain and flax wrap, filled with greens, avocado, tomato, and nacho cheeze. Garnished with some microgreens (sprouts). This is such a tasty and healthy wrap.😋 All 💯% raw!🌱

Neat Balls are hand down their best dish. The Neat Balls are made from carrots, almonds, sun-dried tomatoes & spices. The serve them on a bed of greens with one of the most delicious marinara sauces and a cashew ricotta cheese. If you never had raw cuisine this is definitely something to get as it's such a great dish.

This meal was amazing & delicious. Who knew that burritos & sushi could be a good combination along with a refreshing juice?! Also, it’s 100% Raw, 100% Vegan, & 100% Gluten-free. I definitely recommend the dish (& juice) & restaurant if you live in NJ!
