I have to say I was a little bit disappointed with Joe's Sandwich bar. The reviews were fantastic, but I can't help but feel that the sandwich was just a bit boring. The taste was alright, but there was really nothing special about it. It was pretty big, but lacked some interesting spices or sauce to bring it to life. The main problem however was that the tempeh was soft, giving it no real texture or crunchiness. Wouldn't take much to turn this one around but unfortunately it didn't really do it for me.
