The crispy crust and underlying “cheese” are the highlights of the pizza, plus the wasabi sauce strewn on top. The oyster mushroom “meat” in the centre is basically tasteless despite the sauce on top, perhaps they didn’t marinate it, and I ended up eating just all of the outer crust and leaving the inner sections.

Cauliflower simmered in broth and roasted with miso Japanese fermented soybean paste. 🍲🍱 Relatively juicy and tender, thankfully not tough, though I did wish the exterior could have been slightly charred and smokey, which is what I would expect from roasted cauliflower. Otherwise it kinda just seemed like stir-fried cauliflower and was a little boring or one-dimensional ahahaha. 🙈 That said, my expectations may have been higher cos I've eaten a fair number of mind-blowing roasted cauliflower dishes by now across various countries.
