It is delicious and healthy and completely homemade so there is no unhealthy oil in it and it tasted so good .The soup was also vegetable soup which was extremely nutritious and delicious.

It Is Home Cooked And Only Consists Of Noodles And Cabbage In Vegetable Soup So It Is Completely Vegan

Found these at NTUC Finest @ Bedok. Locally grown veggies. I don’t exactly what kind of veggie this is so got one bag home to try. Belly nice. Usually not a fan of stalks. I only like the leafy parts of veggies unless it’s hk kailan. They were different though. It’s crunchy delicious. 😋

I like the pull tab for opening; quicker than a can opener, and sometimes I have to try multiple times to get a can opener to work. I also like that the beans are in water rather than a sauce composed of some dubious ingredients. #crf

Chai Charng is Chinese for vegetarian intestine. Fairprice and other Singapore supermarkets have both canned and frozen Chinese style mock meat. Canned products have been criticized for potential toxins in the lining of the cans and for the sugar and salt often added. What I do is to rinse the products after removing them from the can. Today, I then combined the chai Charng in a no-oil stir fry including lots of fresh ingredients. #crf
