Thank the gods that the gracious chef / host Wael came out to greet us tonight and since he knew what we had ordered on nights before, he knew we had missed it! At the suggestion of our gracious and non-vegan friend Marisol, we ordered everything vegan to share for the table instead of individual plates and we loved it so much we ate at the other location of Tuma also in Segovia the next night and then a third night at the original restaurant.
