A sublime main course - a really generous and filling portion, the dumpling was so bjg and satisfying and soft, the seitan was perfectly cooked, and the rosehip sauce had such a lovely flavour profile. Ottimo antipasto, servito in maniera elegante, presentazione stupenda. Il sapore secondo me era ottimo, non do cinque stelle solo perché la salsa all'aglio era un po' troppo forte. Il locale merita una tappa, la cucina è favolosa e l'ambiente molto confortevole. Ingredients: sauerkraut pancake, garlic "cream cheese", mushrooms, dill, kale.

Moment used to be my favorite place to eat out but I'm just not feeling it as much anymore. These pancakes were dry and tasteless. I gather they use whole grain (maybe spelt) flour to make them healthier and the homemade almond cream was a nice touch but overall, not what I expected.

A reinterpretation of an Italian dish, with all its main ingredients combined together. Colored, flavorful, really delicious. I really loved the concept of the vegan ricotta cheese on the top.
