Anyone up for some #spicy udon for a #veganuary brunch 🙋♀️?
This dish while spicy, all things considered, was a tad plain for my liking. They give a huge serving of #udon atop some soy sauce concoction cooked with soya chunks - nothing too special in terms of flavour but salty enough to make for good hangover food. The serving of deep fried bean curd, vegetarian fish cakes, mushrooms, #fungus, and salad do piece very well with it though 😋 Overall, this is more of a dish for when you really haven’t a clue what to eat or if you want something spicy but can’t commit to it because their other offerings are a tonne better 😅
Dry Spicy Udon
