The pastry was good, but I did not like the mince filling at all. Dry & tasteless. I emptied a couple and ate only the pastry 🫤.

Really tasty! Crunchy pastry edges and softer underside, felt quite gourmet. Sweet and flavourful filling, mostly a lentil based curry, with a raisin here and there.

I prefer this one over their bobotie pie. The pastry is sooo good for a padkos pie. I bought a few extras and have reheated from the freezer - it's magic. Just really wish they'd do a pie with a bit of gravy as I do find them a bit droog.

Sweet tasting mince on noodles that weren't cooked enough. An okay padkos option to have when finding yourself on the long road, but it is a supermarket-style meal.

Delicious! Can’t remember when last I had a pie - but my daughter recommended the Vegan Bobotie pie at Peregrine. Paired with a soy-milk cappuccino, sitting in the sun after a weekend spent camping in the rain and mud, this was fookin’ delicious!

The best dish for any road trip! It’s soooo delicious - generous portion of spicy Mexican rice, a super fresh sweet pepper salsa, black beans, chick’n and some guac to finish it all off. I buy this every single time, although Peregrine deserves praise for its excellent plant-based options. (One small crit: the previous times I bought this, the chick’n had a lovely charred taste and appearance. Nevertheless, this was still good.)

I absolutely love stopping at Peregrine Farm Stall as they have a lot of vegan options. This sandwich is great value for money and filling too. They use On The Greenside chicken substitute which is my favorite. Definitely recommend!
