Mole Bowl

Lovely mushrooms with mole and a vegan cheese on tortillas. I found the mole to be a bit soupy, and wished I’d opted for a rice base or something that soaked up more of the sauce. Overall good flavours but not my favourite

La presentación es hermosa, tiene setas, lechugas, además de una pasta y tortillas. Lo único malo es que estaba demasiado picoso, a la larga era difícil de comer.
