I didn’t go crazy over this but it was still good. Very filling, came with spicy fries and 3 soft tacos. Really creative but should’ve came with a dipping sauce or something.

I’m a sampler so I super appreciate when places offer half sizes of menu items - this Beyond Brat was the perfect portion to try with my mom + sis!! While I’m not really a saus’ge person, couldn’t beat the chance to at least support root!! Tasted like you would hope ~ a huge, juicy (1/2) beyond bratwurst on a fresh hoagie roll with a little squirt of ketchup on top ~ not anything too over the top but sometimes, simple is best! 🌭 #lancastervegfest #saveveganrestaurants 📍Root ~ Lancaster PA VegFest✌🏼

Vegan restaurant in Lancaster, PA. This was on their menu this week, but the menu changes weekly. Delicious crispy tofu in a flour tortilla with a lemon dill aioli and slaw. $11.50. Big portions at a great value!

This was ok but it was also kinda weird. It had really large chunks of potato and broccoli on it which I feel were too large, and it didn’t have much sauce and cheese on it. Still an interesting idea in theory. Also this was on their weekly menu which changes every week so it might not be available for long

This delicious stromboli is made with seitan ham, soy chikn, Swiss, marinated mushrooms and agave mustard baked inside their homemade dough. This is a weekly special so it won’t be around forever, but there were plenty of other permanent menu options that sounded amazing! I can’t wait to go back.
