There’s shredded roasted seaweed and some minced vege meat inside each tofu. Cooking and preparation seems mediocre and I would expect a little more for this dish which price at RM$20. There’s way too much watery gravy. I won’t recommend this dish unless you are a fan of plain tofu with soy sauce. 🤪😝🤨 #notgoodenough #friedtofu

Wow.. this is so good. I think they use Bentong ginger. Literally has the heat of Ginger without pepper / chili. Has 2 slices of thick mock fish and tofu.
