omg this was so incredibly good!! came super close to a childhood dessert i used to love! the bottom was marzipan instead of a wafer tho which bugged me and the price was a little extreme but i still really enjoyed it

Simply had to order this as eating ice-cream seems to be a summer activity that the Danish enjoy! 🌞 I believe the ice-cream was made using oat milk. Pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this~ Such a unique and delicious flavour, with a tangy berry base alongside a refreshing minty scent! 🍨🍒🌿 The other ice-cream flavours available were considerably less special, i.e. chocolate and vanilla. Fluffy aquafaba marshmallow mousse flavoured with tart blackcurrants, atop almond marzipan base, encased in 70% dark Belgian chocolate crackling shell topped with freeze-dried rhubarb. 🩷🍫 Personally found this rather sweet, but happy to try a vegan version of a classic Danish dessert!
