In our traditional pilgrimage to Lewis Café (formerly Frida Café), my husband had this amazing breakfast meal. Of course with vegan 🌱 eggs #savetheanimals #veganegg. When we come to Trois-Rivieres to see my brother in law, we have an obligate pilgrimage to Lewis Cafe which took over Frida’s Cafe ☕️ an 100% Vegan bistro. #lgbtqfriendly #veganrestaurant #veganisnotscary The dish of the day at Café Frida was the Mac & Cheez. We had ordered it for the children but as it was spicy 🌶️, I devoured it 😜!!!! We took instead the Fake chicken with fries for the children and they really liked it. The restaurant is very welcoming even with my children running around and touching everything 😣 😥 😝! The portrait painting 🖼️ was hung in the bathroom 🚽. #childrenwelcoming

#veganrestaurant Second dish oh this shared outing in Café Frida in Trois-Rivières. The Harissa Tofu was simply delicious 😋 and hard to share 🤣!! Café Frida also has a 100% vegan 🌱 convenience store from which I was able to feed because at the convention there where no/too few vegan 🌱 option. All over the Café there are pieces of art 🖼️ in homage to Frida Kahlo 💗 🎨 💗 🌱!

I just came back from a convention in Trois-Rivières and my brother-in-law introduced me to an absolutely fantastic vegan 🌱 restaurant: Café Frida. We chose 4 different dishes which we shared. I can only recommend this wonderful place founded by a feminist and animal lover. An obligatory detour if you pass by Trois-Rivières.
