Idk why the Fudge Kitchen is listed under a restaurant on this app but it's a great wee shop on High Street in Edi where you can watch them make the fudge and then sample it for yourself! They make their fudge with whipping cream instead of butter which gives it a unique, crumbly texture that's soft in the inside of the slab and has a crust on the outside. In the case of their dairy-free fudge they use soya or coconut milk alternatives to cream. This lemon drizzle flavour used soya milk and almond oil and was SUPER lemony. The staff are also friendly and keen to tell you about the fudge making process they use! It is pricey at £5.50 per slice but when you see the effort that goes into hand making the fudge and the unique flavour and texture then you understand that it's worth it to support a local business.
