Still can’t get over how delicious this burger was!! The sweet potato fries were spot on too. It was very filling and yet I didn’t feel heavy or sluggish afterwards. Dreaming about the next one already :)

Pure heaven. 🍟 These are a MUST! They came out super hot and crispy. The Danes incorporate dill into a lot of their dishes, and I was a little skeptical about the dill mayo -- but the combination was incredible. Two Monkeys is located inside the Bolten Food Hall which has a few other vegan dining options (but this would be my vote). #foodhall #copenhagen #sweetpotatofries #fries

If we come back to Copenhagen, I'll be headed directly back to Two Monkeys for their version of the Beyond Burger which is served with beet mayo, tomato, and more -- along with the option to add cheese and guac.
