Tasty spam #musubi offered at the Its All Natural vegan pop up this winter by Tofu Louie! This had a very good flavor though I would have preferred a higher #tofu to #rice ratio. But that's just me, I don't love #whiterice. #tofulover #teamtofu #supportlocal #veganisnotscary

This was actually a collab with @persephone614 Burrito Babe Bakery and Tofu Louie. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. Persephone's baked the most amazing biscuits. They were so soft, fluffy ans warm. Tofu Louie made a delicious vegan egg for the sandwich and Burrito Babe made incredible salty, crisp rice paper bacun. This sandwich was just incredible all around!

THIS WAS SO GOOD! I had this at the Columbus Jazz and Vegan Ribz fest last month! Thanks to @vfct 🙏🏻 This burger is made from Eric's signature oat meat! It also had delicious cheddar cheeze and an onion ring! This had so much flavor and was so filling!

This was REALLY good. Tofu Louie is known for his signature oat meat! It's seriously delicious. This had oat meat, tomatoes, lettuce, yellow peppers and onion with thick creamy cucumber sauce served on a warm pita. We ended up getting two.🤣

Simple delicious burrito from Tofu Louie and BurritoBabe! It had corn, beans, salsa, and cheeze and veggies with fajita sauce. They serve almost every year at the local "4th of July" parade, doodah.

This was so good and I've never had anything like it! Eric aka tofu louie made vegan spam (Vam!) It's very salty (intended) so didn't even need to dip in soy sauce. He even shaped the rice perfectly! This was really fun to try!

This oat based mexi melt was delicious. Melt in your mouth, delicious. The fake meat is actually oat based and seriously yummy. I loved the melty cheese and the tortilla wraps were so soft. Tofu Louie donated his profits from these wraps to Sunrise Sanctuary, so another huge bonus. We all ate multiples of these!

Vegan approved! I must say that these loaded nachos are the BEST nachos I've ever had in my entire life! I crave them all the time!!! Tofu Louie does a great job! I'll definitely recommend Tofu Louie to all my Vegan friends! 💚
