i got quinoa lentil & cauliflower rice for the base (you can choose to mix in 2), for protein i got grilled portobello, for toppings (choose 4) i got tofu, chickpea, beetroot and purple cabbage and then i had white tahini for dressing.
quite happy w the combination i chose! both bases went well tgt (the cauliflower rice feels slightly rich btw); really liked the beetroot and it went well w the cauliflower rice; the tahini went well w the chickpeas and mushroom :")
felt j a lil odd that the tofu was cold but there werent any clashing flavours in this bowl for me:))
