I adored this dish! 😻 ‘Yellow noodles tossed with sweet and sour sauce, added onion, carrots, peppers and mushrooms.’ 🍜 🧅🥕🫑🍄🟫 I chose tofu as my protein. This was fabulous - everything tasted amazing and I was really chuffed with the generous amount of large pieces of veggies. Excellent taste and texture, and very filling! This dish is marked vegan, and you can choose to have tofu or mixed vegetables added to your noodles. I also got a laugh because on the box (second picture) it says ‘548 Tofu’ but the numbers on first glance looked like they spelt a word so I read it as ‘Sus Tofu’ 🤨😂 R119.50 on Mr D 🚚 #veganisnotscary #veganfortheanimals
