Every bowl at Life Alive is delicious, but my favorite is the Green Goddess (with carrots substituted for broccoli). It's rare that I'm full after a veggie bowl, but this one did the trick.

I love getting the hot version of the Ocean Blue Latte on cold days, but during this heatwave I decided to go with the iced. Happy to report that the iced version is delicious as well! They use coconut cream, blue-green algae, maca, maple, vanilla, and sea salt. It's super creamy and it's a great option when you want something different than a traditional latte. 💙

I'm a total latte lover and the superfood lattes at Life Alive are heaven. 💙 The Ocean Blue is made with blue-green algae, maca, vanilla, maple, and sea salt. Amazing! Very sweet and rich, like blue whipped cream but as a drink. It is super smooth and cool with delicious froth at the top. You can taste some of the coconut milk. It gets its super cool blueness from algae. It’s called ocean blue, and it actually looks like the ocean! As you drink it you’re transported to a frothy beachside. It looks and tastes like a vacation. A very creamy vacation :) #MITVegan

This bowl could serve as a breakfast or a dessert. It is radiantly pink and full of goodness. It comes like a thick, cold smoothie, but if you let it sit too long it gets a little watery (which tastes less cold and more like a drink that a smoothie). It is sweet with a little sourness, similar to dragon fruit taste. The fruit on top was super fresh and juicy. The almonds made a nice addition with the crunch and richness and nuttiness. #MITVegan

Vegan version of a classic Caesar salad! While it doesn’t taste quite like a Caesar, the delicious cashew sauce will bring even those who don’t usually like salads back for more. The salad tastes healthy yet strongly sauced with a nutty flavor. The capers add some spice and radish adds some color. You can get it in a wrap as well, which is a great option if you’re in a rush or want it to-go. I liked that you could still taste the flavor of the greens in the background, but the sauce was the main taste. I would recommend getting it with another dish though, because at least for me I wouldn’t be entirely satisfied with just a salad that has no noodles or rice, etc. #MITVegan
