This is a typical dish from Puglia that can be found in many restaurants. I've tried it before but this was the best I've had. Loved the addition of crunchy bread and toasted fava beans. Super delicious!

Il piatto in origine prevedeva anche la burrata, ma su richiesta l'hanno tolta. L'ho trovato molto buono, soprattutto i pomodorini rossi e gialli fatti al forno.

Buono come antipasto, la menta si sente e ci sta anche bene! In menù c'è un'altra opzione vegana da tradizione: le classiche fave e cicorie (super anche loro, ma non sono riuscita a fotografarle, ops 😗). Sarebbe bello se tra le proposte inserissero altri piatti veg, verrebbero fuori cose interessanti data la loro bravura secondo me!
