Vegan Collection

This box of #vegan #bonbons (like they are called here in #Spain) - #pralines as it says on the box - were brought to us from #Brussels by @curtistheweirdcat’s parents and we had them at Christmas. They are of four different kinds: yuzu and #ginger, earl grey mandarin, #pecan caramel and #coffee #caramel 🍫 they have a soft and creamy heart, and I liked them, but from the looks of them I have to say that I was wishing for more taste, as I’m sure they were expensive.

I was visiting Antwerp and thought I would see if I could get some Belgium vegan chocolates, as a treat for Christmas. I spotted Neuhaus and asked if they had any vegan chocolates. There was a small choice of 5 different flavours. I decided to get the box with four flavours of Yuzu ginger, earl grey mandarin, pecan caramel and coffee caramel. The pralines are made of dark chocolate and are so delicate, soft and melt in your mouth.

This brand new vegan collection of pralines from the Belgian chocolate maison Neuhaus is just out of this world 🤩 It’s a collection of four unusual combination of flavours encased in a dark chocolate shell filled with a creamy ganache and covered with a coloured chocolate topping. Each of them is a little jewel in texture and flavour. In the box there are 12 pralines, 3 of each flavour: the zest Yuzu ginger, the rich and crunchy Caramel pecan, the aromatic Earl grey tea and the smooth and velvety Caramel coffee. The only negative side is that it finishes too soon. We bought it in the Neuhaus shop in La Grande Place in Bruxelles.
