This chunky spread is so delicous and versatile. I've enjoyed it on crackers, added some
to my pasta sauce and I've spread it in veggie wraps for extra flavour. It does have a mild sweetness to it, but it's not overwhelming and is still a tasty component in savoury meals.
Picked this up in Pittsburgh earlier this summer. Trader Joe's is one of my favourite US grocery stores for unique fun products.

A nice spread to use on crusty toast, crackers, bruschetta, appetizers, or mix into pasta.
Make sure to serve warm; when cold it feels like cold slimy mush. But when room temperature or warmer, it tastes good, especially when mixed with some tomatoes or over a slice of vegan cheese. #veganoutreach

Make an eggplant as is and no thanks. Mush it all up into a spread
and sign me up! Especially if you’re adding garlic and sweet peppers. This is a little sweeter than babaganoush, but similar in every other way. I enjoyed it on a breakfast burrito. #uplandspeak

This has got to be one of my favorite products at Trader Joe's. Love it
mixed in with wild rice, mixed veggies or bok choy, and some tempe. It also makes a really spread on some toasted sourdough bread. #veganin2021
