Tortellini champignon

Che piacere mangiare pasta ripiena vegana! Questi tortellini sono buoni anche se il ripieno é delicato, non molto saporito: si sentono a tratti i funghi champignon e un pó la cipolla. Ottima la sfoglia che tiene bene 12 minuti di cottura (meglio non superarli). Volevo prepararli con la panna veg ma non l'avevo e quindi sono finiti in brodo 😊 con piselli. In vendita da Coccole di Gusto (ora solo online) a 4,80 euro la confezione da 2-3 porzioni. Prodotto biologico e semifresco che si conserva a lungo prima dell'apertura a temperatura ambiente. We purchased this #organic #tortellini with #mushroom 🍄‍🟫from the local supermarket and were happy to find many clearly labelled #vegan products there. This was surprising to cook in 12-15 minutes but it’s a shelf stable product amazingly. It was ok but we had nothing to jazz it up as we’re just in a tiny studio with not even the very basics for cooking. It was about €4 for this. I mean, compared to the pasta in my previous review... This was simply delicious with just a few simple ingredients, so there is no excuse for offering a plain boring pasta.. Anyway, these were really good, stuffed with mushrooms 🍄 They cooked fast and were delicious, paired with simple tomato sauce and vegan parmesan 🍝 #veganinbulgaria #veganin2024 #veganpasta
