We also got this vegan cheese at Migros, which I already tried in the past but forgot to review. It’s a seasoned plant based cheese with soft consistency and a thin crust. It’s made from cashew nuts and for this reason to me it resembles a lot some of the cashewficio products, which are way more expensive (this was around 4.7 chf with the discount). The aim of the product is to resemble Camembert but to be honest I feel like the taste is very different and way more delicate. It’s a good cashew nut cheese! Dear Softy, thank you for existing 😀 For a lot of people going vegan is hard because it is hard to renounce to some tastes they used to love...it was for me with cheese. Even if I didn't eat a lot of it, thinking of renouncing completely was hard. This Softy helped me A LOT. I love his salty taste and his texture, you can eat it with bread, alone, as an aperitif... I don't mind the brownish color it has inside, that shows at first sight that it isn't the dairy product it seems to be from the outside. Unfortunately the production of cashew nuts is not so ethical either...but it's a first step and a shimmer of hope for a kinder future. #vegancheese #vegantreats #veganisnotscary

Per ora il miglior finto formaggio che abbia mangiato. È fatto con noci e si sente chiaramente. Non sa di formaggio ma è davvero buono.

I can‘t really remember what the „real“ camembert tastes like, but this one was really good😍
