These #pumpkin and #spinach patties taste nice and got pleasantly crispy in the oven. They gave me falafel vibes moreso than veggie burger. Not a good source of protein but a convenient way to eat vegetables. Found in the freezer section. #bcorp 🍃

A yummy vegan patty containing, wait for it ...pumpkin and spinach. For a healthy patty, this was suprisingly tasty and substantial. Nice to see the vegan logo on the packaging.
First time trying and very impressed by it. Easy to prepare - just pop it into the oven for 20mins at 180 degrees, flip and bake for another 10mins. Delicious!
I’m finding the Strong Roots brands more and more available which can only be a good thing I like these burgers as they seem to much healthier than the usual suspects. Nice crispy crumb coating and plenty of spinach inside Will definitely buy again and keep them in the freezer for one of those lazy meal days ( I have plenty of them!!)
