Nuts for cheese is my favourite brand of cheese. It is super creamy, made from #organiccashews, #canadianmade, #locallymade, #womanowned, and #fermented ! This flavour had a great tang and smokiness. It was one of my favourites for sure! I don't remember what dairy #gouda tastes like so I don't know if it's similar, but it doesn't matter! not solid like gouda but a nice #spreadablecheese with a subtle smoky flavor. I was too tired to cook, so I spread some on a chunk of firm tofu for a quick #lazyvegan meal. this brand is usually very expensive, but was on sale plus they changed their packaging so it looks like you get more cheese. I don't know if there's more cheese or if it just looks like there is. Either way . . . #ditchdairy the package got a little smooshed in my suitcase but that did not affect the flavor. #vegancheese and some kindly NY fall color.
