Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Cookies

"never leave your cookies unattended" - my partner it is sooo hard to reserve/get on her wait list ( ; - ; ) I tried to reserve within 1min of posting but it was taken.. luckily someone cancelled so I manage to get her bakes (finally!) the sea salt was the cherry on top and bring out the sweetness of the cookie. and of course - no milk or eggs and tasted so heavenly! so thankful to be able to get her bakes!

Sunk my fangs in this fella after the lads went to bed. No snacks after dark is a rule parents are exempted from. Love the clash of flavours here. The light sea salt and the sweetness from the chocs. Hey Rae if you’re reading this, mad kudos to you!

The thiccest cookie u can find out there; so heavy, dense and stacked with toppings, it’s more like a cake slice itself 🤭🤭🥳 Rae is so generous with the choc toppings, from tiny choc chips to milk choc chunks, and the batter isnt the most mind blowing when you first bite into it BUT it grows onto you and is super addictive😭😭✋ only thing I can say is maybe a BIIIIT more salt and less oil? Otherwise such a warm and heartfelt cookie, perfect for soft cookie lovers. And Rae is such a heartwarming person too so she deserves all the support👍🏼

Had Rae’s dark chocolate sea salt cookie in one of her assorted boxes in support of the fundraiser for the COVID-19 predicament India is facing. Really wanted to say that the cookie had a very nice and firm texture that was almost akin to Subway. The palm-sized cookie also did not crumble, and look at how generous Rae was to the dark chocolate🤩 However, I personally feel a tad more salt would be better as it felt like the sea salt taste didn’t get into the dough.

The texture is quite decent -- cripsy on the edge, soft on the inside. But the taste was rather ordinary -- the chocolate didn't stand out and I could taste the typical "flour taste"(?) that is commonly found among vegan bakes.
