Love the soy chorizo by Reynaldo's found at Grocery Outlet Bargain Market in Bend,

OR. Trader Joe's has a great vegan chorizo as well.

This #soy chorizo tastes just like its Trader Joe’s counterpart, but it was an even

better deal at $1.69. It’s so flavorful and provided all of the oil and seasoning I needed for today’s simple but delicious tofu scramble! Be aware, though, that it also packs a hefty serving of sodium.
The tube of crumbly soy protein is greasy and a bit cumbersome to work with, but this complaint is more general since I have the same issue with all products of this nature. I would happily repurchase once through this package.

This product is slightly less “wet” than soyrizo, excellent taste, excellent texture , can be

added to saucy sauces or dehydrated for an awesome potato topper or whatever, $1.49 at 99CentStores (sometimes) also try some of their plant based pudding cups (some may contain milk protein, some do not, look at the ingredients, please)
