This #soy chorizo tastes just like its Trader Joe’s counterpart, but it was an even better deal at $1.69. It’s so flavorful and provided all of the oil and seasoning I needed for today’s simple but delicious tofu scramble! Be aware, though, that it also packs a hefty serving of sodium.
The tube of crumbly soy protein is greasy and a bit cumbersome to work with, but this complaint is more general since I have the same issue with all products of this nature. I would happily repurchase once through this package.
