MSG - probably the most controversially discussed seasoning 🧂 I love using it for most of my dishes to add an incredible umami taste 👅 Only use for savory dishes and start slow! This is strong ha. It enhances the pleasant umami taste found already in many foods. It’s not harmful despite what some people might tell you lol.
