With a minor obsession for all things coffee & a major obsession for all of
the issues interconnected to the v-word, I was elated to find this brand. I was equally happy to discover the ingredient list is small, organic and, the milk has a subtly sweet, mellow & delicious flavor - no cows needed. Yum! (This morning, I made a matcha latte and found a momentary slice of heaven while sipping & watching Teddy sniffing at the breeze & rolling in the grass.)
