Ho provato la pasta con farina di avena per la prima volta! Molto buona, l’ho digerita benissimo. Ottima alternativa per variare un po’ rispetto al classico grano (ed è anche biologica). Super consigliata.

Sono stupendi. Reggono bene la cottura. Buonissimi anche in pasta fredda.
I usually don’t like pasta made with other flours than wheat (shame on me), I tried it because my gluten sensitive sister-in-law gave it to me. Surprise: I liked it a lot! Stayed nice “al dente”.
Rimangono un po' gommosi, non è sgradevole ma non è il mio tipo di pasta preferito #veganisnotscary
