Lemon Grass

I made a coconut gochujang curry with basil, garlic and lemon grass. Included some cauliflower, carrots, long-stem brocoli and mushrooms, topped with some mint from the garden.

Use in tea . Curries broths and some desserts . Imparts a subtle lemon flavour.
