I really enjoy this product, the taste is good and does the job

Not many dairy free halloumi products around, this is probably the best but still could be better.

Bought this from the Grocery Outlet last month, froze it, and forgot about it! Was doing a fridge/freezer cleanout meal this weekend and decided to try it. It grilled up beautifully - I was surprised by the textures. The outside crisped up and charred, and the inside was gooey!! I thought it would taste like halloumi cheese but this tasted more like fried vegan Mozzarella (no stretch). My non-veg husband was very impressed. He said it tasted as good as, if not better, than other dairy grilling cheeses, and asked me to buy it again! Now that I know that this freezes and thaws well, I'll definately stock up if I see this again at the Grocery Outlet.
