non l’ho mai assaggiato da crudo, lo metto sempre con la pasta sfoglia confezionata e cuocio in forno per fare dei rotolini al fake speak che diventa croccante (come da ultima foto!). mi ricordano l’infanzia.. e devo dire che si fanno mangiare molto bene, hanno l’affumicatura che rende tanto sul sapore, seppur penso manchi una componente grassa.. allora in tal caso diventerebbe perfetta 🙏🙏 VALSOIA SE MI STAI ASCOLTANDO PRENDI IN CONSIDERAZIONE TUTTO CIÒ

Uno tra i miei affettati vegetali preferiti. Sicuramente non economico (in particolare in alcuni supermercati) ma ogni tanto ne vale la pena, come sfizio.
Ha un buon sapore simile allo speck. L’ho mangiato sia crudo che cotto nella pasta con le zucchine e si presta bene.
