AWESOME flavor. Seriously tastes like real parmesan. I’m not a fan of the texture of

the shreds at all (they’re like plastic) so I grind them up in my Nutribullet to make grated parm which I like sooo much better. It’s awesome on my homemade vegan baked ziti. One of my favorite vegan parmesans I’ve tried!

Home run vegan Parmesan! Salty and finely shredded. It’s visually appealing as well as tasty.
