AWESOME flavor. Seriously tastes like real parmesan. I’m not a fan of the texture of the shreds at all (they’re like plastic) so I grind them up in my Nutribullet to make grated parm which I like sooo much better. It’s awesome on my homemade vegan baked ziti. One of my favorite vegan parmesans I’ve tried!
