So good! I put a piece of Trader Joe’s middle eastern flatbread in the toaster for about two minutes, tear off strips by hand and then dip it in this garlic sauce. It’s a great snack. I also slather this on my veggie sandwiches for added flavor.
This is an essential item in the fridge. If you love garlic, this is a must try. It’s airy and smooth, seemingly whipped to perfection. The added bonus is that it keeps the vampires away! Double Chefs kiss for taste and price!
I love to use this for broccoli pizza - I take fresh pizza dough and smear a little of this on it and top it with broccoli that I have steamed for a couple minutes and then thrown into a hot skillet with a little avocado oil, garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes. I get the broccoli a little charred and crispy. I then add some vegan mozzarella cheese and into the oven it goes at 450 for about 10-12 minutes depending how thick the pizza dough is. Comes out delicious every time
