Habituellement j'achète une marque québecoise mais il etait en spécial 1,88 au IGA. Belle texture ferme mais soyeuse. Il est bon cru en salade ou cuit.
This is my go to regular grocery store tofu, when i'm not stocking up in bulk from Costco. I always keep a few packs of this in the freezer. The freeze thaw method works great on this to get a chewy textured tofu.
Nice firm tofu that is ready to use in breakfast. The uses are endless. I recommend this one because it works well and is affordable. $2.49 at Walmart.
